Shipping update - Almost home!

Hey guys!
We are in the home stretch of getting the World's Best Onesie to all of our early supporters! :)
The first wave of International orders (orders placed before April 2018) have shipped and we are seeing posts from supporters around the world with their new TUXY and they look awesome.
US orders have already landed in the US, cleared customs and are awaiting to enter the warehouse for processing and packing for delivery. We are working on being able to provide a tracking number to all of you once deliveries have been created.
In Canada, we are almost home. The orders have been entered into the warehouse and just need to be processed, packed and they should be on their way shortly. Keep an eye out for a shipping notification from either TUXY or Amazon (we use amazon warehouses for our shipping).
Second wave of International orders (orders place after April 18) will be delivered later in June. Any US orders placed after April 2018 will be in the second wave US deliveries as we have to ship out initial orders then replenish inventory. Second wave US should arrive a few weeks after our first main delivery.
Thanks a million for your support through this journey. We're super appreciative for each and every one of you who chose to back our crazy idea to make a cool onesie.

Hey everyone,
We just wanted to send you guys a little update. We are still on track to deliver close to our updated delivery dates that we sent out last month.
International orders:
International orders have all shipped and are in transit. You may have started to receive your packages depending on what country you are located.
*Please be advised that the fulfilment company for International customers (outside North America) is called “PANTOS LOGISTICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD” So that name may be indicated on the slip instead of Tuxy.
*Also another important aspect is Duties and Taxes, every country is different and you might be responsible for whatever duties or taxes that may apply in your country of residence.
Transit time to each individual country may vary we are working on implementing our shipment tracking list into our system so a tracking number can be sent to you by email.
North American orders:
US and Canadian orders are still on track to be delivered at the updated timeline. The Canadian sea freight has finally touched ground and is going through the process of clearing customs. The US shipment is scheduled to arrive on land next week :) After each shipment has touched ground and cleared customs we still need to ground transport the orders to our warehouses to be sorted and prepared before they are picked and packed for delivery to your door.
We can’t wait for all of you to get your hands on your TUXY! We are now in the final stretch.

Hey guys,
First off we want to thank everyone again for their support. It’s been a wild ride so far to say the least. We are super proud of our team for pulling off the first order of TUXYS - "The World's Best Onesie" and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out.
That being said, we also want to be upfront with all of you who have supported us in creating the world’s best onesie. So, the bad news is that we are unfortunately going to be a bit behind schedule delivering your Tuxy to you (we know it's a bummer). They are on their way as we originally expected but they will arrive at your door later than anticipated (2 to 6 week delay depending where you live). Read below to understand why we're delayed.
The good news is that all the Tuxy’s are done and they are looking amazing. Derek was at our factory for 2 weeks overseeing the final stages of production and doing quality control. In the end, we couldn’t be happier with the results. Although delayed, please be assured that the suits are now completed and in transit to North America and Internationally.
We are sure you will love your Tuxy and we can’t wait to get them into your hands so you can have international bragging rights to to be the first in the world to own a TUXY! :)
Here are our updated anticipated delivery dates:
International Delivery: Mid May
Canadian Delivery: 1st week of June
US delivery: Mid June
Tardiness explained: We worked really hard to try and deliver the Tuxy suits on time but here's where we went wrong. Of course we have to estimate our production and shipment window the best we could and we did actually forecast pretty accurately. Where we went wrong was in transitions. What we mean by this is that production actually finished on time, but we didn’t factor in how many and how long transit times could affect your final delivery dates.
For both International and North America: The original delay is due to the amount of time it would take to get our orders loaded onto the sea freighters before they could be shipped out to different ports around the world. This alone is an extra 2 weeks we hadn’t accounted for. (Note: They are now in transit - YAY!)
For North American Deliveries: We recently found out that the sea freight times we received can actually vary quite a bit depending on weather and sea conditions so we have to account for a 5 to 8 day buffer on the ocean. On the tail end of that voyage, when the North American shipments arrive in port, the orders will need to clear customs and then get delivered to our warehouses to be sorted for delivery. This is going to take more time than we anticipated as the warehouses are not in the port city.
Once the orders leave our warehouses it should only take 2-3 days to reach you.
NOTE: The reason U.S. will take longer is because the ocean freight transit time is 5-10 days longer due the final port destination and also the land freight time to our warehouse is also a few days longer due to the distance of warehouse from Port.
As you can see above there is no single cause for the delay, yet simply time that was unaccounted for with transitions. We truly appreciate your patience and we apologize for making you wait longer than expected.

Hey guys,
We got some great news for you on Good Friday: WE'RE OFFICIALLY MAKING ONESIES! (A LOT of them...) Derek is currently in Hong Kong overseeing production of thousands of TUXYs, doing some quality control and working on some super exciting things to come.
We're working hard to get your TUXY to you as soon as possible and and we want your first experience with your TUXY to be amazing.
That being said, this is the last call to update your size and address before the deadline on Wednesday April 4. We will lock down sizes and shipping addresses on April 5. That means you have 5 days to make any changes to your TUXY orders.
If you need to review or change your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://the-worlds-best-onesie.backerkit.com/ (Once you're in your survey, click on View Confirmation)
If you need to change your size, you will need to email [email protected] with the following info: Full name, email address used for your order, and your new size. See below for updated sizing chart & fit guide.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, you can still fill it out to get your TUXY, but your shipment may be delayed.

Hey guys,
We're excited to announce that our Support Packs are all boxed up and ready to ship out early next week. As promised, the lucky few who chose the Support pack option will be among the first in the world to get their hands on their very own Tuxy gear. Included in each box are Tuxy snapback hat, tee shirt and die-cut vinyl stickers.
